Terms and conditions

In the event of cancellation Quest Events may claim reasonable restitution for loss of profit or balance in full.

20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm an event and receipt will constitute acceptance of these terms.

The balance must be paid at least seven days before the event.

Quest Events reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time due to non-compliance with these terms.

Additional extras on the event must be paid in full within seven days of invoice by Quest Events.

Late payments will be subject to interest charged at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

The client may not withhold payment in the event of a query.

Minimum charge : You will be charged based on the invoiced number unless Quest Events are advised seven days prior to the date of the event. This term may be changed by Quest Events depending on the event.

If any person who is booked in for an event is refused participation in an event because Quest Events believe they have consumed alcohol before the event or for any other safety concern the customer will not be refunded in any way.

Any vouchers issued are valid for six months from date of issue.
